In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host John Marshall Justices volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Petersburg Crimson Wave.
The Justices (6-7) will now prepare for their challenge against J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA). The Tigers come into the Colonial challenge with a 3-9 record. In their last challenge, J.R. Tucker dropped by Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.
The Crimson Wave now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Matoaca for a Central battle on Thursday, October 10. Petersburg will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Meadowbrook (Richmond, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-3.
