Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Midway/Minto Mustangs (Inkster, ND) and the host Larimore Polar Bears (Larimore, ND), observed Midway/Minto's volleyball team top Larimore by a count of 3-0.
The Mustangs (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Four Winds/Minnewaukan (Fort Totten, ND). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Four Winds/Minnewaukan was knocked off by Drake/Anamoose (Drake, ND), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Polar Bears battle the Grafton Spoilers (Grafton, ND) in a B - Region 2 contest, on Thursday, October 10. Larimore will attempt to move on its 0-12 season record. The Spoilers enter the contest with a 16-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Hatton/Northwood (Northwood, ND).
