Alabama High School Volleyball - Winston County can't get by Lawrence County

Lawrence County Red Devils (Moulton, AL) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Winston County Yellowjackets (Double Springs, AL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lawrence County advances its record to 31-16 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Montgomery Academy (Montgomery, AL) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, October 11. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 40-3. Montgomery Academy won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Hoover (Hoover, AL)

The Yellowjackets now sport a 19-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Meek for a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. Winston County will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Vinemont (Vinemont, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 15-15.
