In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Lyndon Institute Vikings volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds.
The Vikings (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Enosburg Falls (Enosburg Falls, VT). The Hornets come into the Northern battle with a 5-6 record.
The Thunderbirds now own a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vermont Commons for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 10. Missisquoi Valley will encounter a squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Colchester (Colchester, VT). The record now stands at 1-10.
