Texas High School Volleyball - McKinney North over Sherman

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the McKinney North Bulldogs (McKinney, TX) and the host Sherman Bearcats (Sherman, TX), observed McKinney North's volleyball team top Sherman by a count of 3-0.

The Bulldogs (19-8) will now prepare for their contest against Anna (Anna, TX). The Coyotes enter the non-league contest with a 14-20 record. In their last contest, Anna was knocked off by Lovejoy (Lucas, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bearcats meet the Melissa Cardinals (Melissa, TX) in a 5A Region II District 9 contest, on Friday, October 11. Sherman will attempt to move on its 16-17 season record. The Cardinals enter the contest with a 30-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Greenville (Greenville, TX).
