The West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY) volleyball knocked off the host Morgan County Cougars (West Liberty, KY), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Comets now possess a 11-8 record. They play next when they host Lewis County for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 10. West Carter will clash with a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Raceland (Raceland, KY). The Lions record now stands at 2-20.

With the loss, Morgan County drops to 4-13 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to East Carter (Grayson, KY) to clash with the Raiders in a District 62 bout on Wednesday, October 9. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 9-10.
