Ohio High School Volleyball - Windham overwhelmed by St. John

October 8, 2024: Ashtabula, OH 44004

St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Windham Bombers (Windham, OH), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, St. John improves its record to 21-0 on the season. The Fighting Herald travel to Grand Valley (Orwell, OH) to face the Mustangs in a Northeastern test on Wednesday, October 9. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 11-8. Grand Valley won 3-2 in their recent league test against Maplewood (Cortland, OH)

The Bombers now own a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newton Falls for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. Windham will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Champion (Warren, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 10-11.
