Juarez Frosh/Soph faced off against Farragut's JV. In the first half Juarez put the pressure on Farragut's goal and put forward shot after shot only to be denied by the keeper and the post. Juarez took the lead after Josue's shot barreled off the post only to be pushed in by Rohibert's knee for 1-0. Farragut then equalized through a smart free kick and a back post header. Farragut took the lead for a 2-1 spin off a great high near post shot. Juarez again pilled on the pressure and after Josue's shot on goal deflected off a defender Santiago Valentin finished it off for the equalizer to finish the half 2-2. The second half was full of fouls and good passing from both sides. On a quick break Felix from goal punted the ball forward which bounced over the defender. Josue brought the ball down and tapped it passed the scrawling Farragut keeper what would be the game winner . Farragut's number 14 got a red card late on for dissent and arguing with the ref. Juarez win!
