With the triumph, Northwest moves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Lions host Clayton (St. Louis, MO) to clash with the Greyhounds in a non-league test on Friday, October 10. The Greyhounds come into the test with a record of 0-1.

The Lancers now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clayton for a non-league outing on Monday, October 13.
