California High School Flag Football - Mountain View thwarted by South El Monte

South El Monte Eagles (South El Monte, CA) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their flag football squad top the visiting Mountain View Vikings (El Monte, CA), 25-0 in a league test.

The Eagles now hold a 14-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to El Monte for a test on Monday, October 13. South El Monte will meet a Lions squad coming off a 13-12 league loss to Arroyo (El Monte, CA). The Lions record now stands at 2-12.

The Vikings (1-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Rosemead (Rosemead, CA). The Panthers go into the challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, Rosemead toppled Gabrielino (San Gabriel, CA), 18-7, in a league challenge.
