Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Bluefield Beavers (Bluefield, WV) and the host Princeton Tigers (Princeton, WV), saw Bluefield's soccer squad knock off Princeton by a count of 3-0.
The Beavers (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against PikeView (Princeton, WV). The Panthers enter the non-league battle with a 2-12 record. In their last battle, PikeView by Nicholas County (Summersville, WV), 2-1, in a league match.
The Tigers now sport a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Scott for a non-league battle on Monday, October 13. Princeton will confront a Skyhawks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV). The Skyhawks record now stands at 6-10.
