Burlington Seahorses (Burlington, VT) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting South Burlington Wolves (South Burlington, VT), 2-1 in a league outing.

The Seahorses (3-6) will now prepare for their outing against Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT). The Cougars go into the Metro outing with a 8-2 record. In their last outing, Mt. Mansfield got by Colchester (Colchester, VT), 2-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Wolves play the St. Johnsbury Academy Hilltoppers (St. Johnsbury, VT) in a Metro outing, on Friday, October 10. South Burlington will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the outing with a 5-4 record after their 1-0 league loss to Essex (Essex Junction, VT).
