The North Star Cougars (Boswell, PA) soccer overwhelmed the host Fannett Metal (Willow Hill, PA), 4-0 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Cougars now own a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rockwood for a Inter County - South contest on Thursday, October 9. North Star will battle a Rockets team coming off a 2-2 non-league Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 5-7.

The (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Windber (Windber, PA). The Ramblers go into the Inter County - South challenge with a 11-4 record. In their last challenge, Windber nudged Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
