The Franklin Warriors soccer team (Somerset, NJ), was overwhelmed 8-0 in Wednesday's non-league match with the host Union Farmers (Union, NJ)
With the triumph, Union moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Farmers host Roselle Park (Roselle Park, NJ) to meet the Panthers in a non-league match on Thursday, October 9. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 3-2.
The Warriors now sport a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they host North Hunterdon for a non-league match on Saturday, October 11. Franklin will meet a Lions team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 5-6.
