The Methuen Rangers volleyball squad (Methuen, MA), was edged 3-2 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Billerica Memorial Indians (Billerica, MA)

With the win, Billerica Memorial moves its record to 6-9 on the year. The Indians host Woburn Memorial (Woburn, MA) to meet the Tanners in a non-league contest on Friday, October 10. The Tanners enter the contest with a record of 7-6. Woburn Memorial lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Burlington (Burlington, MA)

The Rangers now own a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westwood for a non-league battle on Friday, October 10. Methuen will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Norwood (Norwood, MA). The Wolverines record now stands at 8-5.
