New Hampshire High School Volleyball - Gilford tips Winnisquam

In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Gilford Golden Eagles volleyball squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the Winnisquam Bears.
With the win, Gilford improves its record to 9-5 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH) to face the The Pride in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 15. The The Pride go into the test with a record of 1-10.
The Bears now own a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prospect Mountain for a Division II challenge on Thursday, October 9. Winnisquam will meet a Timberwolves team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Manchester Central (Manchester, NH). The Timberwolves record now stands at 2-9.
