In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Glencoe Crimson Tide volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Newberg Tigers.

With the win, Glencoe advances its record to 10-9 on the season. The Crimson Tide travel to Century (Hillsboro, OR) to face the Jaguars in a 6A Pacific test on Tuesday, October 14. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 7-12. Century lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Sherwood (Sherwood, OR)

The Tigers now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty for a 6A Pacific challenge on Tuesday, October 14. Newberg will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over McMinnville (McMinnville, OR). The Falcons record now stands at 2-14.
