Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Northwest Mustangs (Hughesville, MO) and the host Green Ridge Tigers (Green Ridge, MO), observed Northwest's volleyball team top Green Ridge by a count of 2-0.

The Mustangs (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against Smithton (Smithton, MO). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 9-12 record. In their last battle, Smithton dropped by Stover (Stover, MO), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
