The Panthers (10-19) will now prepare for their contest against Augusta (Augusta, KY). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 11-9 record.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Covington Latin Trojans (Covington, KY) in a District 35 battle, on Monday, October 13. Holmes will attempt to improve on its 1-22 season record. The Trojans go into the battle with a 0-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Williamstown (Williamstown, KY).
