The Wake Forest Cougars prevailed the host Millbrook Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 11-8 record. They play next when they host East Wake for a Northern Six 6A/7A bout on Friday, October 10. Wake Forest will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 11-9.

With the loss, Millbrook drops to 8-15 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC) to clash with the Jaguars in a CAP 8A bout on Thursday, October 9.
