With the win, Monroe Catholic improves its record to 11-4 on the season. The Rams travel to Homer (Homer, AK) to meet the Mariners in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 10. The Mariners come into the challenge with a record of 10-9. Homer won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Mountain City Christian Academy (Anchorage, AK)

Next, the Wolf Pack meet the North Pole Patriots (North Pole, AK) in a 4A Mid Alaska challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. West Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 11-19 season record. The Patriots go into the test with a 3-14 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Wasilla (Wasilla, AK).
