Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting St. Marys Blue Devils (St. Marys, WV), 14-4 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Indians confront the Ripley Vikings (Ripley, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 12. Sissonville will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Lewis County (Weston, WV).
The Blue Devils now have a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roane County for a Little Kanawha - South challenge on Monday, October 11. St. Marys will confront a Raiders team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV). The Raiders record now stands at 5-7.
