North Carolina High School Soccer - Brevard knocks off R-S Central

The Brevard Blue Devils soccer team scored 8 points and limited the visiting R-S Central Hilltoppers to 1 in the Blue Devils league victory on Monday.

Next, the Blue Devils face the Owen Warhorses (Black Mountain, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 11. Brevard will attempt to better on its 11-6 season record. The Warhorses enter the contest with a 12-1 record after their 6-0 league win over Mountain Heritage (Burnsville, NC).

The Hilltoppers now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Polk County for a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A contest on Wednesday, October 11. R-S Central will face a Wolverines team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-7.
