The Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Atkins Camels to 2 in the Golden Eagles league victory on Monday.
The Golden Eagles now possess a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern Guilford for a Mid-State 3A game on Tuesday, October 10. Ben L. Smith will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-10.
The Camels (4-13) will now prepare for their game against High Point Central (High Point, NC). The Bison enter the Mid-State 3A game with a 4-16 record. In their last game, High Point Central was nudged by Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC), 3-2, in a league game.
