In Monday's non-league contest, the Murray Tigers (Murray, KY) volleyball squad were victorious over the visiting Fulton County Pilots (Hickman, KY), by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Murray upgrades its record to 8-17 on the year. The Tigers travel to Calloway County (Murray, KY) to play the Lakers in a District 4 bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 13-7. Calloway County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Crittenden County (Marion, KY)

The Pilots now own a 1-19 record. They play next when they host Paducah Tilghman for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 10. Fulton County will play a Blue Tornado squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Ballard Memorial (Barlow, KY). The Blue Tornado record now stands at 5-16.
