The Loyalsock Township Lancers topped the host Hughesville Spartans volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Lancers now have a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Midd-West for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 11. Loyalsock Township will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-9.

The Spartans (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA). The Green Dragons enter the PIAA District IV test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, Lewisburg gained a win over Danville (Danville, PA), 3-2, in a league test.
