California High School Volleyball - Milpitas over Santa Clara

Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA) in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino match, on Wednesday, October 11. Milpitas will attempt to advance on its 9-15 season record. The Mustangs come into the match with a 13-5 record after their 3-1 league win over Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA).

With the loss, Santa Clara drops to 2-13 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA) to clash with the Firebirds in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino match on Wednesday, October 11. The Firebirds come into the match with a record of 4-20. Fremont lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Lynbrook (San Jose, CA)
