Next up, the Savages battle the Montezuma Braves (Montezuma, IA) in a South Iowa Cedar contest, on Monday, October 16. Sigourney will attempt to better on its 15-7 season record. The Braves go into the contest with a 7-16 record after their 3-0 league win over Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA).

With the loss, Tri-County moves to 2-18 on the year. The Trojans travel to Lynnville-Sully (Sully, IA) to battle the Hawks in a South Iowa Cedar contest on Monday, October 16. The Hawks go into the contest with a record of 12-12. Lynnville-Sully lost 3-2 in their recent league contest against Tri-County (Thornburg, IA)
