The Washington Tigers volleyball team (Massillon, OH), went down 3-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Springfield Spartans (Akron, OH)

The Spartans (6-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH). The Rockets come into the Portage Trail - Metro challenge with a 10-10 record. In their last challenge, Streetsboro went down by Woodridge (Peninsula, OH), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers encounter the Mansfield Senior Tygers (Mansfield, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Washington will attempt to move on its 7-13 season record. The Tygers come into the challenge with a 0-21 record after their 3-0 league loss to West Holmes (Millersburg, OH).
