The Center Cougars tipped the visiting Franklin Yellowjackets volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Cougars confront the Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA) in a game, on Thursday, October 10. Center will attempt to advance on its 3-14 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 11-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, CA).
The Yellowjackets (2-7) will now prepare for their game against McNair (Stockton, CA). The Eagles enter the game with a 4-10 record. In their last game, McNair held off Stagg (Stockton, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
