The Northwood Timberwolves walloped the host Portola Bulldogs flag football team by a score of 44-6 in Wednesday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Timberwolves face the University Trojans (Irvine, CA) in a Pacific Coast challenge, on Friday, October 11. Northwood will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 13-6 league win over Laguna Beach (Laguna Beach, CA).

The Bulldogs (2-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Sage Hill (Newport Beach, CA). The Lightning go into the Pacific Coast challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, Sage Hill was ripped by Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA), 33-7, in a league challenge.
