In Wednesday's league outing, the host Decatur Golden Gators soccer squad scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Kent-Meridian Royals.

The Golden Gators (10-0) will now prepare for their outing against Enumclaw (Enumclaw, WA). The Hornets go into the 2A South Puget Sound outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Enumclaw Kentlake (Kent, WA), 1-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Royals confront the Auburn Mountainview Lions (Auburn, WA) in a 3A/4A N. Puget Sound (Olympic) outing, on Saturday, October 12. Kent-Meridian will attempt to improve on its 0-10 season record. The Lions go into the outing with a 5-4 record after their 1-0 league loss to Jefferson (Auburn, WA).
