The Hackensack Comets soccer team (Hackensack, NJ), was overwhelmed 6-0 in Wednesday's league match with the visiting Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ)
With the triumph, Ridgewood moves its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Maroons host Paramus (Paramus, NJ) to meet the Spartans in a non-league match on Monday, October 21. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 7-6.
The Comets now sport a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paramus Catholic for a non-league match on Friday, October 11. Hackensack will meet a Paladins team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ). The Paladins record now stands at 8-3.
