Greenfield Bruins (Greenfield, CA) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting North Monterey County Condors (Castroville, CA), 2-1 in a league test.
With the win, Greenfield advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bruins host Rancho San Juan (Salinas, CA) to face the Trailblazers in a test on Monday, October 28. The Trailblazers go into the test with a record of 2-2.
The Condors now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stevenson for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. North Monterey County will face a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 2-1.
