Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC) and the host Davie War Eagles (Mocksville, NC), saw East Forsyth's soccer squad knock off Davie by a count of 4-1.

The Eagles (11-2) will now prepare for their battle against Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC). The Spartans enter the Central Piedmont 4A battle with a 11-4 record. In their last battle, Mount Tabor tipped R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC), 2-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the War Eagles battle the Reagan Raiders (Pfafftown, NC) in a Central Piedmont 4A battle, on Monday, October 14. Davie will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Raiders enter the battle with a 12-3 record after their 1-0 league win over Glenn (Kernersville, NC).
