North Carolina High School Soccer - Starmount knocks off North Stokes

October 9, 2024: Boonville, NC 27011

In Wednesday's league outing, the host Starmount Rams soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 victory over the North Stokes Vikings.

The Rams (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC). The Granite Bears go into the Northwest 1A outing with a 10-2 record. In their last outing, Mount Airy prevailed over South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC), 9-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Vikings play the Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC) in a Northwest 1A outing, on Monday, October 14. North Stokes will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Trojans go into the outing with a 6-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over North Wilkes (Hays, NC).
