Utah High School Volleyball - East over Alta

Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the East Leopards (Salt Lake City, UT) and the host Alta Hawks (Sandy, UT), observed East's volleyball team top Alta by a count of 3-1.

The Leopards (13-9) will now prepare for their contest against Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT). The Titans enter the 5A Region 6 contest with a 6-17 record. In their last contest, Olympus was knocked off by West (Salt Lake City, UT), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Hawks battle the Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT) in a 5A Region 6 contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Alta will attempt to move on its 11-13 season record. The Bengals enter the contest with a 13-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Highland (Salt Lake City, UT).
