The Crisp County Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Cook Hornets to 1 in the Cougars league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cougars now possess a 17-10 record. They play next when they host Tattnall County for a 2A Area 3 outing on Saturday, October 12. Crisp County will play a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Dublin (Dublin, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-20.
With the loss, Cook drops to 6-14 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Appling County (Baxley, GA) to play the Pirates in a 2A Area 3 outing on Saturday, October 12.
