North Carolina High School Volleyball - North Gaston over Huss

In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting North Gaston Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Huss Huskies.

The Wildcats (5-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Mountaineers come into the Big South 3A challenge with a 22-1 record. In their last challenge, Kings Mountain beat Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Huskies meet the Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC) in a Big South 3A challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Huss will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The Greenwave come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to South Point (Belmont, NC).
