The Lexington Minutemen volleyball squad (Lexington, MO), dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Lafayette County Huskers (Higginsville, MO)

With the win, Lafayette County improves its record to 14-6 on the season. The Huskers travel to Carrollton (Carrollton, MO) to encounter the Trojans in a Class 2 District 15 battle on Thursday, October 10. The Trojans go into the battle with a record of 10-6. Carrollton won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Holden (Holden, MO)

The Minutemen now own a 5-20 record. They put it on the line next when they host Richmond for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 10. Lexington will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Knob Noster (Knob Noster, MO). The Spartans record now stands at 2-14.
