The Ludlow Lions topped the host Lee Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Wednesday's league game.

Next up, the Lions confront the Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 12. Ludlow will attempt to advance on its 13-2 season record. The Whalers go into the game with a 4-10 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Cape Cod Academy (Osterville, MA).

The Wildcats (7-6) will now prepare for their game against Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA). The Warriors go into the Pioneer Valley - Western game with a 9-6 record. In their last game, Wahconah Regional gained a win over Pittsfield (Pittsfield, MA), 3-0, in a league game.
