In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Timothy Christian volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the New Brunswick Zebra.
The (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Linden (Linden, NJ). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 9-9 record. In their last challenge, Linden lost by Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ), 2-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Zebra play the Carteret Ramblers (Carteret, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 10. New Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Ramblers come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Timothy Christian (Piscataway, NJ).
