King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Lakeland Cavaliers (Suffolk, VA), 3-1 in a league test.

The Bulldogs (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Wildcats come into the Southeastern challenge with a 11-6 record.

Next, the Cavaliers meet the Nansemond River Warriors (Suffolk, VA) in a Southeastern challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Lakeland will attempt to advance on its 3-14 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 7-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA).
