The Plum Mustangs tipped the visiting North Hills Indians ice hockey team by a margin of 2-1 in Thursday's league outing.
The Mustangs now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Butler for a outing on Thursday, October 16. Plum will encounter a Golden Tornado team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA). The Golden Tornado record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, North Hills falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Indians host Westmont Hilltop (Johnstown, PA) to face the Hilltoppers in a test on Monday, October 13. The Hilltoppers come into the test with a record of 0-1. Westmont Hilltop lost 9-3 in their recent league test against West Allegheny (Imperial, PA)
