In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Valencia Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Castaic Coyotes.
The Vikings (21-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Golden Valley (Santa Clarita, CA). The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Golden Valley was beaten by Providence (Burbank, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Coyotes now sport a 0-3 record.
