The Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting Heide Trask Titans (Rocky Point, NC), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Dark Horses now possess a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southwest Onslow for a non-league match on Tuesday, October 14.
The Titans (11-8) will now prepare for their match against Pender (Burgaw, NC). The Patriots enter the match with a 12-9 record. In their last match, Pender was outscored by East Duplin (Beulaville, NC), 2-0, in a league match.
