In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Albemarle Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Forest Hills Yellow Jackets.
The Bulldogs (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against South Stanly (Norwood, NC). The Rowdy Rebel Bulls come into the non-league challenge with a 7-13 record. In their last challenge, South Stanly was beaten by Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 13. Forest Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to West Stanly (Oakboro, NC).
