Illinois High School Volleyball - Ashton-Franklin Center Morrison

Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL), 2-0 in a league outing.

The Mustangs now have a 11-13 record. They play next when they host Amboy for a Northwest Upstate Illini outing on Tuesday, October 14. Morrison will play a Clippers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL). The Clippers record now stands at 5-14.

With the loss, Ashton-Franklin Center drops to 4-13 on the campaign. The Raiders host Fulton (Fulton, IL) to play the Steamers in a Northwest Upstate Illini outing on Tuesday, October 14. The Steamers come into the outing with a record of 19-8. Fulton won 2-1 in their recent league game against Polo (Polo, IL)
