In Thursday's league challenge, the host Kennedy Catholic Lancers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Auburn Riverside Ravens.

The Lancers (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Kentwood (Covington, WA). The Conquerors come into the 3A/4A N. Puget Sound (Olympic) challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Kentwood was nudged by Kentridge (Kent, WA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Ravens meet the Tahoma Bears (Maple Valley, WA) in a 3A/4A N. Puget Sound (Olympic) outing, on Monday, October 13. Auburn Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Bears come into the outing with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Stadium (Tacoma, WA).
