Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Warren County Wildcats (Front Royal, VA) and the host Brentsville District Tigers (Nokesville, VA), observed Warren County's volleyball team hold off Brentsville District by a count of 3-2.

The Wildcats (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Fauquier (Warrenton, VA). The Falcons enter the Northwestern contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Fauquier got by Manassas Park (Manassas Park, VA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Tigers battle the Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA) in a Northwestern contest, on Tuesday, October 14. Brentsville District will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Hawks enter the contest with a 6-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA).
